Ingredients
- 19 ounces Can of Black Beans
- 3 Eggs
- ½ Cup White Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
- ¼ Cup Non-Sweetened Cocoa Powder
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- ¼ Cup Dark or Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- ¼ Cup Walnuts (obtional)
- Cooking Oil Spray
Instructions
- 1.First preheat the oven at 350 F (180 C)2. Put parchment paper in your square 9X9 pan and spray with cooking oil. Set aside3. In your blender mix, the 3 eggs, white sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, salt and black beans. Mix on MED for 10-25 seconds until the mixture is milkshake consistency. 4. Pour the mixture into the square pan. 5. Gently add the walnuts (optional) on top. Do not mix. 6. Bake for 25 minutes7. Let it rest for 5 minutes before adding the chocolate chips over top.8. Let it rest for an extra 25 minutes before cutting it into pieces.9. Enjoy.
